1. No Refund Policy

At ShortAcc, we do not offer refunds for subscription payments. When you purchase a subscription to our services, you are committing to the full subscription period selected at checkout.

2. Service Access After Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your subscription:

  • No Refunds: You will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your current billing period.
  • Continued Access: You will continue to have full access to all ShortAcc features and services until the end of your paid subscription period.
  • No Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will not automatically renew after the current billing period ends.

3. Subscription Period Example

To clarify our policy with an example:

  • If you purchase a 30-day subscription on March 1st and decide to cancel on March 15th:
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining 15 days
  • You will continue to have full access to ShortAcc until March 30th
  • Your subscription will not renew on March 31st

4. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:

  • Log into your ShortAcc account
  • Navigate to the "Subscription" section in your account settings
  • Click on "Cancel Subscription"
  • Confirm your cancellation when prompted

5. Exceptions

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may consider exceptions in the following rare cases:

  • Service Unavailability: If our service experiences significant downtime (exceeding 24 hours) that prevents you from using essential features of the platform.
  • Billing Errors: If you have been incorrectly charged or billed multiple times for the same subscription period.

These exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and require contacting our support team.

6. Free Trial Users

For users on a free trial who upgrade to a paid subscription:

  • The same no-refund policy applies once payment has been processed
  • You will be notified before your free trial expires and before your payment method is charged
